Analista de Proyectos (PMO)

About the role

The Project Analyst (PMO) will provide methodological, operational and portfolio‑prioritisation support to the Project Office. Working as a bridge between the PMO team and the area manager responsible for each project, the analyst ensures timely execution of strategic and institutional projects for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of project management methodologies, standards and tools defined by the PMO.
• Classify new initiatives (projects, requests or operations) according to PMO criteria.
• Assist in quarterly prioritisation of initiatives and preparation of inputs for senior management meetings.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables and commitments of strategic projects, providing periodic updates.
• Consolidate progress data, milestones, risks, dependencies and deviations; produce reports for management and committees.
• Identify alerts, risks and improvement opportunities, escalating them as needed.
• Coordinate information gathering with project leaders and involved areas.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings, draft minutes and ensure continuity of commitments.
• Support definition and tracking of project performance indicators.
• Verify deliverables against acceptance criteria and facilitate formal project closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Preferably a diploma, specialization or courses in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Process Management or Business Analysis.
• At least one year of experience in project management, initiative tracking, process improvement, planning, control or organizational transformation.
