Analista de Producto – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our retail team in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on planning, distributing and optimizing inventory across SKUs, channels and regions to support our commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the commercial strategy through detailed inventory planning and distribution.
• Monitor and optimize stock levels by SKU, channel and region to ensure product availability and efficient turnover.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align inventory decisions with business goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing products in a retail environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of market analysis and trend monitoring.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Strong organization, analytical mindset, proactive attitude, effective communication and results orientation.
