Analista de Planeamiento Financiero

About the role

The Financial Planning Analyst will become part of Alicorp’s finance department in Santa Cruz, where the incumbent will be responsible for analysing and controlling the company’s financial results. Using data‑analysis tools, the analyst will generate strategic information that supports profitability improvement and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously update and analyse financial performance, tracking results against forecasts and identifying variances.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive closing reports and sales presentations for senior leadership.
• Design, update and manage financial simulation models to evaluate different profitability scenarios and support scenario planning.
• Collaborate with the budgeting team to assist in the preparation, monitoring and control of the annual budget.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in a comparable financial analysis or planning position.
• Demonstrated experience within the consumer‑goods (mass consumption) industry.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables and macros.
