About the role

The Operations Maintenance Analyst will ensure accurate upkeep of information generated by the bank's various products and services. The role involves validating and authorizing data related to credit operations, guarantees, product linkages, appraisal renewals, insurance policies, credit cards, and other required maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and authorize operational data from multiple banking processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for credits, guarantees, product linkages, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with established timelines for all maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee data integrity.
• Apply relevant regulatory standards, including ASFI and financial services legislation.

Required profile

• Degree in administration, economics, finance, accounting or related fields.
• Proactive analytical mindset with strong numerical handling abilities.
• Self‑management skills and orientation toward achieving objectives.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within financial institutions (or equivalent academic background).

Required skills

• Knowledge of On Base system.
• Familiarity with Fisa platform.
• Experience with Paystudio application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
