Analista de Logística

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our pharmaceutical supply chain. The professional will ensure inventory reliability, manage import and nationalisation processes, and execute SAP MM transactions, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control and analyze inventory levels, guaranteeing alignment between system records and physical stock.
• Track differences, adjustments, returns, transfers and other inventory movements, identifying root causes and proposing improvements.
• Execute and validate logistics and inventory transactions in SAP MM, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
• Monitor purchase orders, material receipts, invoicing and related supply processes, flagging any issues that could affect operations.
• Coordinate import, customs clearance and arrival of goods, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and timelines.
• Consolidate, analyse and follow up on inventory, supply and logistics performance indicators, highlighting deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain continuous communication with Purchasing, Finance, Planning, Operations, suppliers and logistics providers.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field, with a specialization in Logistics, Foreign Trade or Costs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply‑chain processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in inventory control, import, customs clearance and international shipment tracking.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP MM for purchasing, inventory and material movements.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring.
