About the role

The company seeks a responsible and proactive IT Infrastructure and Support Analyst to provide technical assistance across its offices and retail branches. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting point‑of‑sale (POS) equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users in all areas and branches.
• Handle requests related to computers, cash registers, POS systems, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure and connection points.
• Configure switches, routers, and other communication devices.
• Participate in the setup of technological infrastructure for new branches.
• Track incidents and support requests.
• Coordinate technical services and maintenance with external providers.
• Assist in improvement and technology implementation projects.

Required profile

• Technical or university education in Systems, IT, Networks, Telecommunications or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with POS equipment and thermal printers is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel between branches.
• Preferred experience in multi‑branch retail or supermarket environments and familiarity with integrated administrative systems.
