About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join TECNO Bolivia in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The role will turn business data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analyze sell‑in, sell‑out, activation and inventory data.
• Measure store coverage, product availability and the effectiveness of campaigns and incentives.
• Identify opportunities, deviations, stock risks and under‑performing cities.
• Prepare concise executive reports for commercial managers.
• Automate data consolidation, cleaning and validation processes.
• Translate complex data into concrete commercial recommendations.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and traceability of reported information.

Required profile

• Experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence or business‑intelligence environments.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Good communication skills and comfort presenting findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Practical mindset, sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Team player able to serve multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
