Analista de Costos Industriales

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Cost Analyst to join our team in Santa Cruz. The successful candidate will support cost analysis, budgeting and reporting for our production processes, helping to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation of annual operational budgets, cost plans and estimates for new products, including economic analysis.
• Prepare and monitor actual versus estimated data in production reports.
• Track project budgets and ensure adherence.
• Produce periodic reports for all production processes.
• Generate cost reports by product.
• Determine standard costs per product and per process line.
• Update and control production expense plans.
• Cost formulations and innovations for new products.

Required profile

• Academic background in Accounting, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar cost analysis roles.
• Strong project management and cost analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Committed, integrity‑driven, effective communicator, proactive, good time management, analytical mindset and team player.
