Analista de Capital Humano (Generalista)

About the role

The Human Capital Analyst (Generalist) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on talent development, productivity, and delivering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Advise on organizational structure, talent planning, and vacancy management.
• Support attraction, selection, development, succession, and mobility of talent.
• Lead implementation and monitoring of performance, training, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience programs.
• Provide guidance on labor relations, compensation, benefits, and change management while ensuring policy compliance.
• Analyze HR indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Promote leader and team development initiatives to boost engagement and productivity.
• Assist with audits, action plans, and strategic HR projects to foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Specialization in Human Management, HR or a comparable area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist supporting leaders and teams in strategic processes.
• Desired English proficiency at B1 level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of strategic HR management, labor relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent selection, indicator analysis, labor legislation, and Microsoft Office tools.
