AI Engineer – Remote (LATAM, Brazil preferred)

About the role

Signify Technology is partnering with a fintech SaaS business to add practical AI capabilities to its platform. This remote position is ideal for engineers who enjoy turning ideas into production‑ready features while collaborating with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI features within an existing SaaS platform.
• Develop applications that leverage large language models, including agentic workflows and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Integrate AI solutions with backend services, APIs, and business data.
• Evaluate performance, reliability, and quality of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with hands‑on Python experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI or LLM‑powered applications.
• Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and integrating LLM APIs.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating applications with existing systems.
• Understanding of testing, monitoring, and maintaining production software.
• Clear English communication skills and confidence working with an international team.
