Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Use Figma and AI‑assisted tools such as Cloud Cursor to prototype, iterate and hand off designs to developers.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots and automation systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and AI/ML teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery of design assets and contribute to code libraries when needed.
• Maintain a high level of detail, usability standards and visual quality while working a full‑time remote schedule.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles and human‑AI interaction design.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Extreme ownership, positive mindset and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud Cursor or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Interaction design, information architecture, visual design and usability best practices.
• Building, scaling and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
