About the role

WABI, a Bolivian fintech, is looking for a professional to lead regulatory compliance and information security management as it aligns with ASFI requirements. The role ensures that regulatory obligations, risk controls, and security incidents are properly handled across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute the ASFI adequacy plan.
• Manage regulatory obligations and maintain supporting evidence.
• Coordinate information security policies, controls, and procedures.
• Assess risks, track security incidents, and drive remediation.
• Prepare executive reports on compliance and security status.
• Liaise with external providers and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or information security.
• Strong knowledge of ASFI regulations and Ley 393.
• Proven experience in risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Desirable familiarity with AWS environments and fintech operations.
