About the role

BPO Center is looking for motivated Commercial Agents to join its La Paz office. The role focuses on driving sales through direct visits to banking and retail agencies while providing training and support to commercial executives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and increase sales by conducting regular field visits to bank and retail agencies.
• Deliver training sessions for commercial executives to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain high‑quality client interactions and build relationships with managerial staff.
• Track and report on sales activities and training outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, promotion, or related commercial positions.
• Preferably experience in the banking sector or similar industries.
• Willingness to perform constant field work.
• Experience delivering training and providing commercial support.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with agency executives.

Required skills

• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct on‑site training sessions.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships.
