Administrador de Sistemas ERP (TR4)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to lead the evolution of our technology platform. The role focuses on managing and optimizing our ERP system (TR4) to ensure seamless production, warehouse, and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and parametrize TR4 modules to integrate production, inventory, and management workflows.
• Analyze current processes, automate repetitive tasks, and build dashboards within TR4 for managerial decision‑making.
• Diagnose operational incidents, provide root‑cause analysis, train key users, and coordinate maintenance or upgrades with external providers.
• Audit user access, roles, and permissions; enforce backup policies and overall information security.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience administering ERP systems.
• Strong internal client orientation and excellent technical communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the TR4 ERP platform.
• SQL database management.
• Network administration and information security fundamentals.
• Dashboard creation and process automation.
