About the role

The HR Administrator will manage daily human‑resources processes for Cadena Logistica S.R.L., ensuring payroll, benefits and labor documentation are handled accurately and in compliance with internal policies and current legislation. The role is full‑time, onsite in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and supports employees on contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding, leave requests and HR queries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, hires, terminations and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Generate HR reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and implement new procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Experience in benefits administration and compensation programs.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and digital HR tools.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
