Técnico/a de Implementación – Proyecto G-STAR

About the role

The G-STAR project aims to empower adolescents and youth through gender‑focused and green‑skill interventions. As a Technical Implementation Officer, you will lead the on‑the‑ground execution of project activities in selected municipalities of the La Paz department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and implement technical work plans aligned with the project logical framework.
• Coordinate daily operations with partner NGOs, municipal authorities, and sectoral representatives in education, health and child protection.
• Conduct field visits, monitor activities, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports and contribute to result‑based documentation.
• Travel frequently to project sites and respond to emergency situations as required.

Required profile

• University degree in social sciences, social work, education, development studies, human rights or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• At least 2 years in implementing projects focused on child and adolescent protection, education, health or community development.
• Flexibility to work in adverse or emergency contexts and willingness to travel regularly within La Paz.
• Strong knowledge of the local social and cultural context.
