Talent Acquisition Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to assess overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment system records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
