Senior Workday Analyst – Payroll & Time Tracking (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Workday Analyst you will own the configuration of Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will work directly with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions that drive accurate payroll and time processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from HR and design Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Develop reports to support business and compliance needs.
• Support testing cycles and manage system upgrades.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong background in Workday Core HR configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
