Senior Scrum Master – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead the delivery of complex software solutions for our clients in the financial services sector. The role is fully remote, serving teams located in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Bolivia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of system solutions, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, risks and issues.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, support sprint goals and remove impediments.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, provide regular progress updates and drive decision‑making.
• Coach the Scrum team to foster collaboration, continuous improvement and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor and report on project risks, issues and scope changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery or Scrum Master roles, preferably in IT, banking or insurance.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
