About the role

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams, delivering production‑ready software where AI generates most of the implementation code.
• Design and maintain AI‑first development workflows, from specification through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Structure codebases, specifications, and documentation to produce reliable, context‑efficient AI output.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review practices and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software development experience.
• 1‑3 years using AI‑assisted engineering tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience delivering large, multi‑file systems using OpenAI Codex as the primary development environment.

Required skills

• Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js (full‑stack architectures).
• OpenAI Codex.
