Senior Data Platform Engineer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients in Latin America. The role focuses on building, optimizing and operating Databricks‑based data platforms on AWS, collaborating daily with client designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Databricks clusters, jobs and serving endpoints on AWS.
• Automate platform provisioning and configuration using Terraform and REST APIs.
• Design, maintain and evolve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability for cloud and data services.
• Manage Databricks Unity Catalog, access controls and data lineage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with Databricks on AWS in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Terraform, Python, SQL and Apache Spark.
