Sales Executive – Build the Bolivia Market

About the role

Grand Markets is expanding its multi‑asset trading platform into Bolivia and seeks a Sales Executive to build the local client base from scratch. The role is performance‑driven, requiring proactive prospecting, relationship building and conversion of prospects into active traders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities across Bolivia.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, trading communities, social networks and local contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to conversion and onboarding.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and existing leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with traders and investors.
• Communicate Grand Markets’ products and services based on client needs.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding process and collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to improve lead quality.
• Monitor competitor offers, local market trends and maintain accurate sales activity records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in Forex, CFDs, crypto or related financial services.
• Native or fluent Spanish and good working English.
• Strong client acquisition, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working with targets.
• Legally able to work in Bolivia.

Required skills

• Experience with MT5 trading platform.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales pipeline tools.
