About the role

Join Elite Escapes as a Remote Cruise Planner and turn travel passion into sales. You will guide clients from initial interest to confirmed cruise bookings using consultative sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with clients to capture destination preferences, budget, dates, group size and must‑haves.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, staterooms, dining packages, shore excursions and add‑ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings via email, chat and phone, explaining cabin categories, deposits, payment plans and travel protection.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades and pre‑cruise questions.
• Provide post‑booking support to encourage repeat sailings, referrals and reviews.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence to guide decisions.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple quotes, reservations and client details.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping clients find ideal cruises.
