Listing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise short‑term rental listings across major platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The role combines property‑marketing expertise with strong organisational skills to maximise visibility and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that drive bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and enhance property photos, captions and listing order for better conversion.
• Coordinate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates and booking trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase listing quality, visibility and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.

• Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com platforms
• PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully or Lodgify
• PriceLabs or other revenue‑management tools (preferred)
• Canva or basic photo‑editing tools (preferred)
• Basic SEO and listing‑optimisation knowledge
