About the role

Lucena Management is seeking an Influencer Management Partner to join a fully remote, commission‑based team. The role focuses on creating commercial opportunities for Latin digital talents and connecting them with international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned influencers and brand partners.
• Identify, develop, and negotiate commercial collaborations.
• Coordinate campaign execution and project timelines.
• Track performance metrics and ensure delivery of agreed results.
• Maintain daily activity levels to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Experience or interest in sales, business development, marketing, or influencer management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a commission‑only model.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

• Notion (preferred for workflow management).
