HR Specialist – Generalist (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Specialist to act as a key liaison between Human Resources and business units in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on developing people strategies that align with organisational goals, fostering talent development, organisational effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programmes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
• Facilitate organisational change and culture‑building projects.
• Manage payroll processes as a mandatory responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
