About the role

The company AD BOMESCO is looking for a Bidding Specialist based in La Paz to strengthen its participation in public and private procurement processes. The role involves identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive technical and economic proposals, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate public and private tender opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents and specifications.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical, economic, and administrative proposals.
• Ensure proposals meet the requirements of the contracting entities.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and administrative teams.
• Manage documentation and contract administration.

Required profile

• Academic background in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, Systems Engineering, Electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public and/or private procurement processes.
• Experience preparing and presenting technical and economic proposals.
• Familiarity with state procurement systems and supplier registries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the State Procurement System (SICOES).
• Knowledge of the State Supplier Registry (RUPE).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
