About the role

The company is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to work in an electronics store. The role focuses on driving sales of technology products, appliances and mobile phones while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell electronic devices, appliances and mobile phones to store customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Provide personalized assistance, answer product questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Utilize social media platforms to showcase offers, engage with potential buyers and attract foot traffic.
• Analyze sales data, negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Commercial, Marketing, Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or commercial environments; additional experience in the electronics sector is a plus.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong integrity, responsibility and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of social media management (essential).
• Familiarity with technology, appliance and mobile phone products (desirable).
