Dispatch and Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

The Grand Capital is looking for a detail‑oriented Dispatch and Quality Control Coordinator to manage maintenance activities across its portfolio of properties in La Paz. You will act as the central point of contact for service requests, ensuring timely scheduling, execution, and quality verification.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance tasks for managed properties.
• Receive, log, prioritize, and assign incoming service requests from tenants, property managers, and owners.
• Confirm appointments, arrange property access, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections during and after repairs to verify workmanship, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of work orders, inspection reports, invoices, and any identified deficiencies.
• Document recurring issues and guide maintenance staff or vendors on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, renovations, or materials purchasing (formal experience not required).
• Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance and repair processes.
• Prior exposure to real‑estate or property‑management environments is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
