About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to join our call‑centre team. Your mission is to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience and build lasting loyalty. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records through data entry across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- Fluent English – required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.
