Business Development Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to generate new opportunities across the United States and Canada. This remote position is ideal for a confident sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and converting conversations into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and connect with key decision‑makers.
• Present services, prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• Proven success generating leads and closing new business.
• Experience selling to clients in the United States and/or Canada.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home‑office setup.
