Business Development Assistant – Crypto Payment Partner (Remote, Commission)

About the role

Bybit is looking for a motivated Business Development Assistant to join its Payment Partner Program. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will drive user acquisition and activation for the Bybit Card within the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects to promote Bybit Card adoption.
• Guide users through KYC/KYB verification and ensure successful card activation using your unique promotion code.
• Encourage new cardholders to complete a qualifying first‑time crypto transaction of at least 100 USDT within 30 days.
• Track performance metrics and ensure all activities comply with Bybit policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate attribution by using assigned tracking codes for each acquisition.

Required profile

• Interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital payments.
• Hands‑on experience in business development or sales, preferably in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a remote pipeline.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements such as KYC/KYB.
