Supervisor de Ventas Canal Tradicional

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Commercial Leader to supervise the Traditional Channel sales in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The role ensures the execution of commercial processes, achievement of sales targets, brand visibility and product presence in retail points.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and monitor the field sales force within the assigned zone.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of commercial targets and customer coverage.
• Implement product presence and brand recall strategies at points of sale.
• Develop actions to expand the customer portfolio.
• Analyze market, sales and performance data to support decision‑making.
• Train, motivate and evaluate the sales team to improve performance.
• Resolve negotiation incidents and ensure high quality customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a sales supervisor in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, channel management and local market trends in Santa Cruz.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI, Quick‑Size, Salesforce, Tableau or other CRM tools.
