Software Engineer

About the role

GOJAGOJA is building a cutting‑edge AI‑enabled e‑commerce platform and needs a Software Engineer to own production services from design to deployment. You will work in an AI & Product squad, delivering Python back‑ends, modern web interfaces, and integrations that power daily operations for catalog, orders, inventory, advertising and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python services and REST APIs using FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Build internal web tools with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Create and optimise PostgreSQL data models, migrations and queries.
• Integrate with marketplace, advertising and ERP APIs, handling authentication, rate limits and error handling.
• Implement agentic AI features that orchestrate LLM‑based agents in live business workflows.
• Write automated tests, set up CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve release processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and own the reliability of services in production.
• Document services, endpoints, architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end production ownership of software applications.
• Strong Python background with experience in a modern web framework (FastAPI, Django or Flask).
• Solid SQL skills and relational modeling with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a component framework (React, Vue or Angular).
• Comfort with Git‑based workflows, code reviews and collaborative development.
