Showroom Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Store Manager to lead our exhibition floor, provide outstanding customer service, and drive sales of construction and lighting products. You will be the face of the branch, guiding both clients and staff toward achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and set a performance example for the team.
• Advise customers and close sales for construction and lighting product lines.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Identify and follow up with potential construction clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Conduct business meetings in the showroom or on‑site, proposing activities to attract and retain key customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to monitor orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory control and stock replenishment for the branch.
• Supervise, organize, and motivate branch staff to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with other company areas to ensure smooth branch operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Design or related fields.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience in a showroom environment, preferably as a branch manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials such as porcelain tile, faucets, coverings, locks, and lighting.
• Familiarity with the SAI system (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to exceed sales targets and motivate a team.
• Professional personal presentation.
