Senior Manager, Franchise Operations (Bolivia)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Franchise Operations will drive business growth for Coca‑Cola’s bottlers in Bolivia, overseeing day‑to‑day franchise activities across multiple territories. The role works closely with the General Manager and bottling partners to align local execution with the company’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement core capabilities to achieve growth targets in bottlers’ territories.
• Manage daily franchise operations including marketing, commercial and financial functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (share, revenue, transactions, volume) and ensure Business Plan objectives are met.
• Lead communication between bottlers and Coca‑Cola’s KO System, translating priorities into concrete actions.
• Execute joint strategies with bottling partners and ensure local relevance.
• Lead projects from concept to launch, establishing business systems, procedures and KPIs.
• Develop processes and models to increase sales effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify market insights, risks and opportunities for new products and feed them to marketing, commercial strategy and innovation teams.
• Collaborate with regional and international peers to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the KO System or a related industry.
• Strong trade‑marketing and commercial background; experience in modern, traditional and on‑premise channels is desired.
• Proven ability to work with bottlers on strategic, operational and commercial projects.
• Excellent internal and external networking skills with agile decision‑making capability.
