Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

SANY Group, a global leader in heavy machinery, is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive sales of its equipment portfolio in Bolivia. You will work closely with strategic customers in construction, mining, energy and infrastructure, helping them select the right solutions for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts across the Bolivian market, promoting the sale of heavy machinery.
• Build long‑term commercial relationships with strategic clients, ensuring sales targets and payment collection.
• Expand distribution channels and strengthen SANY’s brand positioning.
• Lead negotiations, oversee contract management and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver complete solutions and ensure proper execution.
• Visit customers regularly, identify new business opportunities and manage commercial risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in the heavy‑machinery sector (concrete, road equipment, heavy trucks or mining machinery).
• Active client portfolio or strong network in mining, construction, infrastructure or transport.
• Proven experience in key‑account development, channel expansion and distributor management.
• Willingness to travel nationwide; experience in Latin America is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of concrete plants and pumps.
• Familiarity with mixer trucks, rollers and motor graders.
• Understanding of diesel and electric heavy trucks.
• Experience with mining trucks and excavators.
