Senior Java & Observability Infrastructure Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java & Observability Infrastructure Engineer to design and build robust telemetry platforms and monitoring solutions for complex distributed systems. The role is fully remote and focuses on improving system reliability and providing engineering teams with the visibility they need.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain telemetry and observability platforms.
• Implement monitoring solutions for large‑scale distributed applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure tooling supports optimal performance.
• Enhance system reliability through proactive observability practices.
• Integrate and manage observability tools such as OpenTelemetry.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Java development and building complex distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with observability infrastructure and tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
