Senior Case Manager

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Working under attorney supervision, you will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to ensure efficient case progression. This is a remote independent‑contractor position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 80‑120 personal injury claims, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate insurance communications, medical treatment, and claim management throughout the case lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, monitor claim status, and proactively address outstanding items.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience with no‑fault, bodily injury, and UM/SUM claims.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Litify case management platform.
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience.
