Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, build, and support advanced customer service solutions for our nearshore teams. The role involves creating robust integrations, automations, and AI-driven Agentforce components to enhance contact‑center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for contact‑center workflows.
• Build and enhance Agentforce AI agents, including topics, instructions, prompts, grounding and integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and support REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain various Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure platform components such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, profiles, custom metadata and settings.
• Perform administration tasks including user management, security, case management, queues, Omni‑Channel, reporting and dashboards.
• Implement Service Cloud Voice and integrate with providers like Vonage and Amazon Connect.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni‑Channel, and Salesforce Data Cloud/Customer 360 is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Spring Boot.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
