Sales Operations Assistant

About the role

AssureSoft is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support its commercial team in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. You will help keep data clean, streamline processes, and enable the sales organization to work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, clean and maintain customer, prospect and commercial information.
• Support Salesforce/CRM updates, data‑quality checks, list creation and information management.
• Prepare basic reports and surface insights for the commercial team.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve productivity, research and day‑to‑day processes.
• Research prospects, customers and business opportunities.
• Coordinate follow‑ups, meetings and commercial activities as needed.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data management.
• Provide operational, administrative and data‑related support to the sales team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations or data‑related roles.
• Strong interest in data management, organisation and commercial operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure, maintain and analyse information.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a curiosity for improving ways of working.
• Interest in sales processes, customer relationships and the commercial environment.
• Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia with B2‑level English proficiency (written and spoken).
