Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales processes, strengthen client relationships, and keep internal teams aligned. You will manage client opportunities from the initial quote through onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, estimates, schedules, statements of work and other commercial documentation.
• Track sales opportunities, follow‑ups and next steps in the pipeline.
• Build proactive relationships with small and medium‑sized clients.
• Support client onboarding and monitor key lifecycle milestones.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity information in Freshsales.
• Document and improve sales and client‑management processes.
• Support sales reporting, pipeline updates and customer experience metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Marketing, Billing and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, customer success or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Freshsales) and maintaining accurate client data.
• Ability to document, improve and implement processes and workflows.
