About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Booking Specialist to support our clients by researching travel options and managing reservations through various online platforms. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service to travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel requests and preferences.
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related options using online systems.
• Assist clients with booking arrangements and ensure reservation details are accurate.
• Provide confirmations, important information, and follow‑up on outstanding details.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and maintain organized client and reservation records.
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary and offer ongoing client support.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using online booking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Previous booking or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
