About the role

We are looking for a motivated Community Management Intern to support our digital communication efforts. You will work remotely from anywhere in Bolivia, gaining hands‑on experience in a blockchain‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and energize our digital communities across social platforms.
• Assist in planning and publishing content for social media channels.
• Write copy for LinkedIn, Instagram and other outlets.
• Identify trends, news and topics relevant to the community.
• Monitor interactions and track content performance metrics.
• Support digital coverage of events, webinars and company activities.
• Propose ideas to boost community growth and engagement.

Required profile

• Student of Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Excellent writing skills and clear communication.
• Organized, proactive and able to work in a team.
• Eager to learn about blockchain, digital assets, fintech and innovation.
