About the role
The company is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to promote and advise potential micro‑enterprise (MYPE) clients on credit products and financial services. The role is based in La Paz and El Alto and works within collaborative teams focused on delivering an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Market and present MYPE credit solutions and related financial services to prospective clients.
- Provide personalized advisory support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with ASFI regulations and the Bolivian Banking Law.
Required profile
- Degree in commercial, administrative, economic, or financial fields.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in micro‑credit banking.
- Strong analytical ability for financial assessment of clients.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
