Manual QA Engineer (Agentic Testing + Playwright) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our client’s development team remotely from Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers, applying both traditional manual testing techniques and AI‑assisted tools to ensure high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and validate software defects.
• Incorporate AI‑assisted testing tools such as Claude into daily QA workflows.
• Run and analyze Playwright test suites, review results, and understand coverage.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to align testing activities with sprint goals.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain test automation libraries as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional manual testing and quality assurance experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and edge cases.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and taking ownership of testing deliverables.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Playwright.
• Experience using Claude (AI tool) via GUI or command line.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools for test case generation or execution efficiency.
• Knowledge of other automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO (nice to have).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
