About the role

The position is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap of the Core Payments platform that handles services, insurance and remittances, ensuring alignment with all involved counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements and scope, starting from a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and iterating based on incremental value delivery.
• Build and maintain an up‑to‑date product backlog, prioritize tasks for each sprint and track progress toward business objectives.
• Coordinate transversal tasks across the organization and synchronize efforts with peer teams.
• Identify the competencies needed within the cell, collaborate with the direct supervisor, and participate in the recruitment of digital talent.
• Foster a collaborative environment so every cell member contributes to achieving the set goals.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Systems or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in project implementation and management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital strategies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams using agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance measurement through OKRs and KPIs, customer experience management, and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for task administration and tracking.
