About the role

The Finance and Accounting Manager will lead the company’s financial planning, accounting, treasury, and reporting functions. This role ensures reliable financial information, compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, and supports strategic decision‑making by senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all financial, accounting, and treasury activities.
• Prepare and monitor real and projected cash flows to ensure liquidity.
• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes, reconciliations, and proper classification of transactions.
• Review and analyze financial statements, management indicators, and reports for senior management.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, payment scheduling, and financial obligations.
• Control costs, expenses, inventories, and profitability, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Design and strengthen internal control procedures to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Provide timely, reliable financial information to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with Administration, Purchasing, Production, Warehousing, Operations, and Management to ensure accurate financial information flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Financial Administration, or related fields.
• 4‑5+ years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Hands‑on experience with financial statements, cash flow management, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and tax compliance.
• Preferably experience in industrial, commercial, production, or export‑oriented companies.
