HR Manager – Bolivia

About the role

FiberHome is expanding its operations in Latin America and is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the establishment of a new subsidiary in Bolivia. You will partner with business leaders to build HR processes from the ground up and ensure compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Design and implement HR operations for a Greenfield subsidiary in Bolivia.
• Ensure HR compliance, payroll administration, and labor‑relations management.
• Develop talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and performance‑management programs for the Latin American market.
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in telecom or related industries.
• Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and train managers.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and knowledge of labor law.
