About the role

We are looking for a Financial and Administrative Manager to lead profitability, management control and operational efficiency across our commercial, retail, entertainment or real‑estate operations. The role combines strategic KPI oversight, cash‑flow management and objective financial reporting to support board‑level decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement administration by objectives (APO) and monitor monthly control dashboards covering EBITDA, cash flow, delinquency and operational costs (CAM).
• Design, track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Produce unbiased financial reports that facilitate board decision‑making.
• Lead and evaluate the administrative team against measurable goals, removing subjectivity from performance assessments.
• Ensure seamless integration and exploitation of modern ERP systems and related control tools.
• Oversee strict compliance with lease contracts and collection policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related fields.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in commercial, retail, entertainment or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with modern ERP systems.
